Schools Team Building

Building Stronger Teams Through Adventure

Where Students Become Teams

Adventure-based programs that strengthen relationships, boost problem-solving skills, and inspire young people to work together.

Team building plays a powerful role in both personal growth and group success. It helps build trust among team members, creating stronger connections and a more positive environment. Through shared challenges, team building activities boost morale, improve communication, and strengthen camaraderie, helping individuals feel more confident and supported.

Beyond teamwork, team building is a valuable tool for self-development. It naturally reveals and develops essential life skills such as leadership, integrity, problem-solving, persuasive communication, and goal setting. These experiences encourage individuals to step outside their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and grow into more capable, resilient people.

Whether in school, work, or outdoor adventure settings, team building creates lasting benefits that extend far beyond the activity itself.

Brought a group of 9 young people for a half day of activities and we had the best time ever. We had a chance to try rock climbing, kayaking, mudsliding and archery. The instructor had games for each of the activities which made things even more fun and they had spare shoes and towels for the ones that forgot them. Lovely staff and great facilities, would definitely recommend!

Had a brilliant morning here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 5,7 and 11. We were picked up from our cruiser and did the kayak, mud slide and pier jump. Kids absolutely loved it and our instructor Paul went out of his way to make it really good fun. He even did a short archery session to fill up our time. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids.

We stayed for glamping for few nights. The tent is spacious and enough supplies for basic needs. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are few lights inside the tent. You can borrow a BBQ from them if you want. Plenty of grass in front of our tent for he kids to play. There is a fridge, toaster and kettle you can use in the kitchen. The toilet and shower always spotless. The onsite activities are brilliant. Our kids did one day camp, they want to come back next year and sign up for more days. The water for the shower can be a bit cold, but it is camping after all. You can't expect the luxury of runner hot water. We are hoping return next summer.

Brought kids for one day of the summer camp, great to be able to do a one day option when not living locally to it. All very well organised and well run, the kids had a great time. The mudslide was a massive hit, not something you get with many other water/river adventure places in our experience.
